<p>Fare marketing in epoca di web 2.0 vuol dire anche considerare i cosiddetti &#8220;beni relazionali&#8221;, una dimensione economica che non prescinde dai rapporti tra la persone. Persone che producono contenuti (&#8220;UGC&#8221;), che li condividono, persone che scambiano sapere, pareri, informazione, emozioni.</p>
<p>Nel marketing del futuro non solo i Brand potranno essere &#8220;costruiti&#8221; e &#8220;partecipati&#8221; in qualche modo dagli utenti stessi, ma le aziende stesse dovranno compiere passi sempre più decisi verso i consumatori. Un percorso di maggiore consapevolezza.</p>
<p><em>Forse alla fine del processo di consapevolezza si scoprirà che si fanno addirittura affari migliori se si tiene conto davvero delle persone.</em></p>
